How long does the featured banner run?+
Your banner is displayed on every page of Hackathon Việt Nam for 7 days from the date it goes live.
Can I provide my own banner design?+
Absolutely. You can provide your own banner image (recommended size 728x90 or wider) or we can create one for you at no extra cost. Just send us your logo, colours, and key details.
What if my event gets cancelled?+
Contact us as soon as possible. If your featured banner has not gone live yet, we will refund in full. If it has already started, we will prorate the refund for the unused days.
Can I edit my listing after it goes live?+
Yes. Resubmit the event with the corrected details through this form and note that it is a correction; we match it to the existing listing and replace it.
